What we collect
When you place an order or send a quote request we collect the details you give us. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items or brief, and any artwork files you upload. Our servers also record basic technical data such as your IP address for security and to keep the site running.
Payment information
Card payments are handled directly by Stripe. Your full card details are entered into Stripe’s secure fields and are never sent to or stored on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, to respond to quote requests, to send order confirmations and receipts, and to keep records we’re required to keep (for example for tax). We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers we use to run the shop, and only as much as they need:
- Stripe, to process your payment securely.
- Resend, to email your order or quote details to us (and your receipt to you).
- Railway: our hosting provider, where the site runs.
These providers may store data outside Australia. We don’t otherwise disclose your information except where the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser’s local storage so it’s still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out.
Keeping it and your rights
We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal obligations. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time.
