Who you’re dealing with
This shop is operated by PRNT. (registered name to be confirmed) (“PRNT.”, “we”, “us”), a custom-workwear printer based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia. ABN 78 879 661 742.
You can reach us any time at [email protected] or 0435 090 359, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm AEDT.
Products and pricing
The shop sells plain, ready-to-wear stock garments at the listed prices. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are shown exclusive of GST. GST of 10% is added to your order, on the goods and on any shipping, and is itemised at checkout before you pay, along with the shipping cost.
Custom-printed and embroidered work is not bought through the shop. It is quoted separately through our custom-print enquiry form. Nothing on the quote form is a binding sale until we confirm a written quote with you.
We try to keep product details, colours and stock accurate, but on-screen colours can vary between screens, and stock can sell out. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
Placing an order
When you submit an order and pay, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch it. If we can’t fulfil an order, for example, an item is out of stock or there’s a genuine pricing error, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
You’re responsible for giving us a correct delivery address and contact details. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of details entered incorrectly at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout (items plus any shipping).
Custom artwork
If you send us artwork for a custom job, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. You’re responsible for checking and approving any proof we send before we print. Once production starts on an approved custom job, it can’t be cancelled or changed.
Returns, refunds and faults
Your rights to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Australian Consumer Law can’t be excluded. How returns and change-of-mind work is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price. Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that State.
